Let us Handle the Details — Your Jackson Rancheria Wedding Coordinator will...
- Act as your primary hotel contact, available to answer questions and provide suggestions along the way
- Act as menu consultant for all food and beverage selections.
- Detail your Banquet Event Order outlining the event specifics
- Create an estimate of charges for the hotel outlining your financial commitments and deposit schedule
- Establish contact with a group rooms guest service agent, who will monitor the status of reservations for your guestroom block
- Personally oversee the details of the bride and groom's room reservation
- Oversee the set up of the ceremony and reception room(s), food preparation, and other hotel operations
- Ensure a seamless transition to the hotel's Banquet Manager on the day of your event
- Recommend outside Special Event Professionals to provide music, floral, photography, ceremony officiating, invitations, and bakery

Policy Overview
Set Up
Chairs will be set for both ceremony & reception areas one hour prior to the function start time. Thirty minutes concluding the ceremony will be permitted for photographs.
We do not allow birdseed, rice or other foreign material to be thrown on property.
Any set up or decoration beyond the Hotel's standard is the responsibility of the client; our catering department will be happy to recommend florists & decorators.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Event must be paid in full 5 days prior to your event.
Food and Beverage Minimums
Food and beverage minimums apply to all catering events. Please inform the catering department of any special dietary needs of your guests at least 30 days prior to your event.
