The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians
The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians owns and operates Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort, which includes the Casino, Hotel, RV Park, General Store & Gas Station.
They have also developed a Child Care Center for employees, a state-of-the-art Water Treatment plant, the Public Safety Building (the first LEED certified building in Amador County) housing the Jackson Rancheria Fire Department, a Network Operations Center, and other offices, and Pine Woods Apartments in Jackson (an off-reservation development).
For over 30 years the Tribe has strived to develop projects that not only enhance their ability to remain self-sufficient, but also reflect a commitment to be a good neighbor and a good steward of the environment.
