While we are eager to welcome guests and employees back, the health and well-being of all is our top priority. Therefore, health & safety and social distancing protocols will be in place upon entrance to the Hotel.
NOTE: The only entrance and exit to and from the Hotel are through the skywalk on level 3 of the Casino parking garage.
Here is what you can expect when you visit the hotel:
- A short self-health screening and temperature check (below 100.4 F) for entrance.
- Facemasks will be required to enter the Casino and Hotel. If a medical condition prevents you from wearing a mask, we ask that you return once masks are no longer required.
- Hand sanitizer will be applied.
Check-In and Check-Out – Guests arriving will wait in the queuing area and wait for a Guest Service Agent to motion for the next guest to enter. The queuing area for registration is in place with clearly marked foot signage for appropriate distancing. You may dial 7545 to check out of your room and request your folio to be sent to the email on file.
Stay Over Service – To avoid direct contact, linens and towels will be changed only at check-out unless otherwise requested. If you are in need of any items during your stay, please contact the Front Desk by dialing 7545 with your request, and items will be delivered and placed at your door in a sealed bag. An additional empty bag will be provided in the event you wish to have housekeeping retrieve soiled linen and towels.
Guest Rooms - All consumable items have been replaced with single-use disposable products in a safely sealed bag. In addition to increased cleaning procedures, all high-touch areas are sanitized after each guest's departure and inspected by a Supervisor prior to the next guest occupancy. Housekeeping staff is not permitted to enter the room during the guest's stay.
Coffee Bar - Is temporarily closed.
Heated Pool - Pool and spas are temporarily unavailable.
Common Areas – Furniture has been removed and/or re-arraigned to allow for proper social distancing.
Bell Assistance – Bell assistance is temporarily unavailable. Carts are available for guests to use. Carts should be returned to the Front Desk or dial 7545 for cart retrieval.
Maintenance - Please contact the Front Desk for any maintenance issues by dialing 7545. If maintenance is required in your room, we ask that you practice social distancing during the service call.

Additional precautionary measures have been implemented:
Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort has implemented a number of precautions and procedures, modifications to the physical property, and cleaning and sanitizing protocols to protect guests and employees from Covid-19.
Plexiglass barriers have been installed at the Dreamcatcher’s Club®, Table Games, Casino Cashier’s Cage, Player Development, Margaret’s Café Bakery Case, Pacific Grill, Hotel, RV Park, and Retail Outlets to ensure safety and social distancing. Additional hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the property.
For the health and safety of all, we kindly ask that if you are experiencing any of these Covid-19 symptoms, that you please do not enter the Hotel or Casino:
- Unexplained muscle aches
- Difficulty Breathing
NOTE: If you are exhibiting any Covid-19 symptoms, security staff may take precautionary measures including temporarily restricting you from entering.
