Site Assignments

Our goal is to provide a wonderful experience to as many guests as possible. It is also important to us that each guest is able to stay in one site for their entire reservation. 

This effort involves Management assigning all sites with priorities placed on: 

  1. Maximizing occupancy. 
  2. Keeping groups and parties together. 
  3. Attempting to accommodate personal requests. 

When assigning your site we will consider the following, in this order: 

  1. What sites are unoccupied on your arrival date and what date are you departing? 
  2. Are you with a large group or do you have adjoining reservations? 
  3. Do you have specific site or area requests? 

Unfortunately, during times of high occupancy it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate specific site or specific area requests.

When You Visit

The health and well-being of all is our top priority, therefore, health & safety and social distancing protocols are in place upon entrance to the RV Park. 

Check-in – Access to the RV Park Office is limited to essential visits only. Guests arriving will wait in the queuing area. A Guest Service Agent will motion for the next guest to enter. Only one (1) person may check-in with a maximum of two (2) guests in the office at a time. The queuing area for registration is in place with clearly marked foot signage for appropriate distancing. Full payment will be processed at the time of check-in.

Check-out – You do not need to enter the office to check out. Folios will be sent to the email on file. You can request a paper copy at the time of check-in which will be placed under your windshield wiper.

Maintenance – Maintenance employees are not permitted to enter your rig. If you are experiencing trouble with your cable connection then someone will be able to walk you through but must stay outside of the rig to maintain safe social distancing.

Laundry Room – Laundry Room touchpoints will be sanitized routinely. Please maintain social distancing while utilizing the laundry facilities. Only two (2) people will be permitted at a time.

Walking Trail and Dog Park - Open for guest use while maintaining proper social distancing.

Free Shuttle Service - Shuttle loop from the RV Park to the Casino, Hotel, and General Store is available daily. See RV Park Office for hours and information. 

Recreation Area (putting green, bocce ball, and horseshoe pit) – will be open requiring social distancing.  Equipment will be properly sanitized when returned.

Heated Pool - Pool and spas are temporarily closed. 

  • Plexiglass barriers have been installed at the Dreamcatcher’s Club®,  Casino Cashier’s Cage, Margaret’s Café Bakery Case, Pacific Grill, Hotel, RV Park, and Retail Outlets to ensure safety and social distancing. 
  • Notable Amenities and Services Temporarily Unavailable: Club House use, Retreat room, Dump Station, Heated Spas, and Minors Camp Arcade (Hotel).

For the health and safety of all, we kindly ask that if you are experiencing any of these Covid-19 symptoms, that you plan your visit at another time.

If you are exhibiting any Covid-19 symptoms, security staff may take precautionary measures including temporarily restricting you from entering.
